 Expanded
metal is available in many gauges and sizes and can be used in many
different application. Many ornamental fences or chain link fences have
an option to use expanded metal. For Example, for protecting from the
glary vehicle lights on high way during the night.
The expanded metal shall be
hot dipped galvanized. Fabric can also be specified oven baked
polyester powder coated.
The size of the fabric depends on how much see
through opening is desired. Specify 9 gauge fabric with a 3/4" or 1"
opening, or 6 & 7 gauge fabric with a maximum opening of 1" or 1
1/2".
